Copyright for all academic material published in Revenant: Critical and Creative Studies of the Supernatural resides with the journal.

Regarding poetry and fiction accepted for publication: By agreeing to publish in Revenant: Critical and Creative Studies of the Supernatural authors grant Revenant first rights to publication of the work(s) and subsequent archival on the Revenant web site. Rights revert to author upon publication.

Authors are required to obtain permission to use copyrighted material and images used in their work. Applicable fees are to be paid by the author.

Revenant website users are permitted to view/read, print, download, copy and distribute articles, creative pieces, reviews, and announcements for personal and academic fair use as long as they give proper credit to Revenant: Critical and Creative Studies of the Supernatural and individual contributors (where applicable) as the original publishers/creators.
